Shipping Information

At Infracap, we’re thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders. We want to get your hair-restoring cap to you as quickly as possible, so here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Times

Once you place your order, give us 1-3 business days to process and hand it off to our shipping partner. During busy seasons or holidays, processing could take up to 7 business days. Rest assured, once it’s on its way, you’ll be able to track its journey to your doorstep!

Estimated Shipping Times

How fast your order reaches you depends on your location. However, our estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days.

Keep in mind, peak times, holidays, and customs (for international orders) could affect these estimates. But don’t worry we’ll keep you posted!

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Make sure your shipping info is spot-on at checkout. Typos or incomplete details could delay your order or even cause it to be canceled. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm. No response? We may have to cancel your order.

Need to fix an error in your shipping details? Just send us an email at hello@infracap.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, though we can’t guarantee changes after the 24-hour window.

Delayed Delivery

We know you’re excited to receive your Infracap, and we work hard to ship your order quickly. But sometimes delays happen, like weather problems or courier issues. If there’s a delay outside our control, we’ll work with the courier to get your package to you as soon as possible.

We’ll also keep you informed if there are any product availability issues, payment delays, or address verification problems that could hold up your order. Remember, Infracap isn’t liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll do everything we can to keep you updated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand that lost or stolen packages are frustrating, and while we hand off responsibility to the courier once your order is shipped, we’re here to help. If your package goes missing, email us at hello@infracap.co.uk, and we’ll assist you in reaching out to the courier.

You can also file a claim directly with the courier for lost or stolen items. We’ll follow up on your claim and keep you updated on any progress. In some cases, if the package can’t be found, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

In rare cases, if the courier can't recover the package, we recommend filing a police report.
