Cancellation Policy
To cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in the processing stage, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our Infracap product works, and we recommend you try it for at least 30 days to fully experience the benefits. If you’re still unsatisfied, you can return your items within the 60-day money-back guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Received a Damaged Item?
We pack each order with care, but if something arrives damaged, we’re here to help! We consider an item damaged if it’s defective or physically broken (not just a little box dent). If that’s the case, let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@infracap.co.uk with a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Please note, we can’t replace items damaged from regular wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We do our best to deliver your order on time, but some things are out of our hands like courier delays, customs, or shipping mishaps. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier for updates. Infracap is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they’re in the hands of the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! If you realise it’s wrong, let us know within 24 hours. After that, we can’t offer a refund or resend the order.
